February 2002 Third Prize "Thursday" Each Thursday on the calendar I mark a little "x" It represents that special night when your face I did caress. We only connect by voice now, cause you are far away I have to close my eyes and visualize how you touched me in every way. Not just by voice or hugs or hands, or by your lips so sweet, But in my heart and in my soul where you linger very deep. I often have to catch my breath and wonder if its true, Or is it just another of my daydreams that I have of you. I am pulled back to reality as there are chores that must be done.
