"Waves of Joy"
Safe in your space...
I drift upon
The gentle tides
Of life itself.
You flow around me
Like the swirling waters
Of the endless ocean.
My love for you
Echoes through the depths
Of its majestic form.
It goes so deep,
That it defies description
By mere words alone.

I reach out to touch
Its crystal clear flow,
And see
My feelings sparkling,
Like the moonbeams,
As they dance across the water
On a cool summer's night...
The breeze created by my sighs,
Casts tiny ripples
On the ebb and flow
Of my thoughts,
As they return
Constantly to you.
Your energy laps
Against my essence ....
My love drifts on its
Calm and serene surface...
You gently cradle me
As I float,
In total freedom,
Within your deep fathoms.

At other times,
My passion swells,
Becoming the wild and crashing
Waves of my desire.
I feel my love
Surging over the rocky,
Jagged cliffs,
Which are my yearnings
And my needs for you,
And in that moment,
I am aware
Of the force and power
Of my love.

As I glance up
And see the beach
We play upon,
Two children squeal and
Giggle with delight.
Playing sublimely
On the ocean's shore.
Chasing one another,
In and out
Along the water's edge...
Building hopes and dreams
In the sand
And cementing
Them with magic.

May all our dreams come true,
And at the end of the day,
As the sun sets
In purple hues
Across the ocean view,
May we walk,
Hand in hand,
Through all eternity.
